If you find the goods to be of inadequate quality, claims can be made within 14 days from delivery, with proof of photos and the payment slip. In line with Article 13 of the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Moldova, BeSweet SA will replace the defective product at no cost or, if preferred, provide a full refund (excluding delivery costs). Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date of your complaint.
